As a Regional Portfolio Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the full spectrum of property operations while fostering strong client relationships and leading a dedicated team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with executive leadership to implement business strategies.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain owner relationships, providing guidance and information on property goals.
- Represent The Management Group in building networks and maintaining positive public relations.
- Manage properties' financial performance, including budgeting and financial analysis.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, and retention.
- Create strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Ensure compliance with Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base on rental rates and market factors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in property management or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successful client relations and team management.
- Knowledge of Oregon Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
